Women representativity on the production of LUCE AND THE ROCK

By | News | No Comments

As reported by the Flanders Audiovisual Fund, recent sector studies show that women account for approximately 30% of key creative roles across Flemish film and audiovisual production (directing, screenwriting, producing). In animation specifically, their presence remains lower in certain technical departments, but continues to grow — particularly in production and writing roles, where women now represent around one third of the workforce.

We’re proud to support the representation of women in all departments and at all responsibility levels, like on our new series LUCE AND THE ROCK: an all-female team on the writing and directing, not to forget the rig and animation supervision – and 67% women on the team as a whole.
